Harikrishnan Subbian

Managing Director

Harikrishnan Subbian (Hari) is the founder and managing director of EQLogic and is a Process Controls Systems & Electrical Engineer with over 19 years of experience on Process Automation & Control Systems and Electrical Systems.

Hari has graduated from Curtin university with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, he is also a TÜV Rheinland-certified Functional Safety and a Charted Professional Engineer.

Hari has in-depth knowledge and experience in most popular control systems from Rockwell, Schneider and GE etc, he Specializes in Rockwell Plant PAx Morden DCS design, development, implementation, and product life cycle support along with bringing AIs to the OT environment to help improve the efficiency and reduce the downtime of the Production.

Hari has worked across a wide range of industries such as Marine, Mining, Process Plants and across various processes such as Mineral Sands, LIOH, Rare Earth, Vanadium, Iron ore and Water.

Ramkumar Nagaraj is Business Development Manager and a Process Control Systems Engineer with 25 years of extensive experience in the material handling, baggage handling, petrochemical, oil & gas and paper processing sectors, his strengths in multi-tasking, attention to detail and logical analysis he is a Self-starter and team player with excellent communication skills and Full project management & detailed engineering exposure. He is also Certified Machine Safety Expert and a Charted Professional Engineer.
